TokenMarket (flowerwolf.net) is an AI model and compute aggregation platform operated by FlowerWolf Ltd, providing unified API access to multiple global AI model providers, enabling users to access GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and more with a single API Key.
As an intermediary, we provide the following services:
- Unified API Access: Call multiple AI providers through our unified API without separate accounts
- Compute Rental: GPU rental services supporting model training and inference
- Technical Support: Integration docs, SDKs, and technical assistance
Specific available model list, Pricing, Quota limits are subject to actual platform display. We reserve the right to adjust service content based on upstream provider conditions.
2. Account Registration & Security
You must register and verify your identity before using our services. Account credentials (including login info and API Key) must be kept strictly confidential; losses from improper storage are your responsibility.
Account Responsibility
- You must ensure your account information is truthful and lawful
- Lending, transferring, or renting accounts to third parties is prohibited
- Contact support immediately if you notice any account anomalies
- Minors must have guardian consent to register
Account Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted password storage, 2FA, and JWT token verification over HTTPS.
3. API Usage Rules
API Keys obtained through TokenMarket are for your use only and subject to the following rules:
- No Sharing: Do not expose your API Key publicly (including in code repos, group chats, forums, etc.)
- No Reselling: Do not commercially provide API access to third parties
- No Abuse: Do not use automated tools for brute-force requests or harm upstream providers
- Compliant Use: Do not use for illegal, pornographic, politically sensitive, or fraudulent purposes
- Rate Limits: Respect each model's rate limits; exceeding them triggers automatic throttling
⚠️ Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refunds. Legal consequences are your sole responsibility.
4. Fees & Payment
TokenMarket uses a pay-as-you-go post-payment model. Specific rates are:
- API Call Fees: Charged per token used. Prices vary by model; see platform listings.
- Compute Rental: Billed by rental duration (hour/day/month) and GPU model
- Currency: USD and CNY supported with live exchange rate conversion

Refund Policy
- Losses from system failures may be refunded or compensated after verification
- Consumed token fees are non-refundable

5. Content Guidelines
Content generated through our API must comply with:
- Comply with applicable laws; do not create or distribute illegal content
- Do not generate pornographic, violent, gory, or terrorist content
- Do not generate misinformation, fraud, or deceptive content
- Shall not generate content that infringes upon othersIntellectual Property content
- Do not generate content threatening national security or public interest
Any disputes or losses from your generated content are your sole responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
All website design, UI, code, and documentation on TokenMarket are copyrighted by FlowerWolf Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
You through API generated content. Intellectual Property belongs to you. But we reserve the right to analyze anonymized usage data to improve services.
7. Privacy & Data
We value your privacy. Your personal information and usage data are handled per our Privacy Policy.
Important: Prompts and completions sent through our API are your private data. We do not proactively read, store, or disclose them to third parties, except:
- As required by law or government regulation
- For service stability and security monitoring (e.g., logging abnormal traffic)

8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service stability, but reliance on third-party AI providers means availability depends on upstream services. We commit to:
- Regular system maintenance with advance user notification
- Established incident response to restore service quickly
- 7-day advance notice for significant changes
The following are not breaches: temporary outages from force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemics), upstream provider failures, or planned maintenance.
9. Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, TokenMarket is not liable for:
- Losses from user errors, account leaks, or policy violations
- Losses from upstream AI provider outages or content errors
- Losses from force majeure events
- Indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, etc.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed your total payments in the prior 30 days.
10. Agreement Changes
We reserve the right to modify tthese Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify them. Modified terms will be notified via website announcement or email, Modifications take effect from the date of notification. If you disagree with the modifications, you may stop using the service. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
